IR Factory Recertification

Recertifications are available to previously certified technicians whos current certification expired less than 12 months ago. The process involves signing up for the relevant level, and answering a series of online questions in the form of a test.

Upon the successfull completion of the test your current certification will be renewed for a further 3 years. The test can be partially completed and saved for completion at a later time, thus allowing technicians to fit in with their own pace and schedule.

In order to successfully complete these Recertifications, it is most likely that you will need to research some answers. These answers can be found in our documentation such as the Programming Manual, Product Catalogue, Module Installation Manuals and the Inner Range website.
