If and you have kept your email address updated with us, you will receive an email with instructions.

*If you have never been certified

You will need to create yourself a new account.
(Note the previous web login details will not work here)

New Accounts

Hi! For access to general resources you'll need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on this web site. The steps:

1. Fill out the New Account form with your details.
2. An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
3. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
4. Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
5. Now, visit the areas which contain the information appropriate to your needs.
6. Restricted areas will prompt an approval request. Please make sure you have provided a valid reason for your account before you send this request.
7. After approval you will have access to all areas. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the form on this page) to log in and access any course you have enrolled in.
